Arnheim

Post by PeterM » Thu Feb 12, 2009 11:39 pm

Tjena grabbar

Nu är jag less på Arnheim och att det inte ska gå att smidigt köpa en Weihrauch i Sverige.

Jag har skickat följande till Weihrauch och Arnheim och uppmuntrar er alla att skicka något liknande:

Dear Weihrauch.

First I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for excellent products.

Second I would like to make you aware of the reseller situation in Sweden, as you know Arnheim is the distributive trader in Sweden. The problem is the response or shall I say lack of response from Arnheim when store owners try to contact him and make an order. The problem is to the extend that shop owners, that has a customer that wants to buy Weihrauch, try to convince them to buy another brand or to make the order through the internet from England or Germany. I have a friend that has a hunting and fishing shop and they do not deal with Weihrauch guns because of Arnheim.

I would like you to contact him and point out his responsibility as distributive trader. I think it is of great importance that your great products are available in Sweden.

You will probably get e-mails from my fellow airgun shooters around Sweden that feel the same.

Best regards, Peter

Dear Weihrauch.

First I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for excellent products.

Second I would like to make you aware of the reseller situation in Sweden, as you know Arnheim is the distributive trader in Sweden. The problem is the response or shall I say lack of response from Arnheim when store owners try to contact him and make an order. The problem is to the extend that shop owners, that has a customer that wants to buy Weihrauch, try to convince them to buy another brand or to make the order through the internet from England or Germany.

Now, for my personal issue - I have had a rifle on order (a .177 HW77k) from a Swedish dealer but the importer can´t (won´t?) supply any HW rifles of this configuration..

My order was made 13:th of January 2008 but last thursday the dealer informed me that I diden´t feel like he wanted to wait for Arnheims any longer and he is now buying from a source in Germany instead. I have owned a lot of HW rifles during the years (.177/22 HW30S, .177 HW50S, .25 HW80, 177 HW35) and I had to wait for weeks and months for each delivery using Arnheims, unless the dealer had the rifle in stock.

Since they also was the sole importer of Webley & Scott the issue there was the same, I had to wait 7 weeks for a Xocet and when it finally arrived the order was made just two days ago according to the WS invoice to Arnheim.

I would like you to contact him and point out his responsibility as distributive trader. I think it is of great importance that your fine products are available in Sweden.

You will probably get e-mails from my fellow airgun shooters around Sweden that feel the same - your fine products deserve a better importer.

Best regards, Johnny

Detta skrev jag:

The problem is to the extend that shop owners, that has a customer that wants to buy Weihrauch, try to convince them to buy another brand or to make the order through the Internet from England or Germany.

Now for my personal issue, when I ordered my first Weihrauch rifle a while ago from a Swedish dealer I made it very clear that I needed the gun within 2 weeks from the order date due to a vacation I was going away for. The dealer said that it would probably not be a problem cause he had a order forthcoming on the specific rifle (HW97k .22), which he had been waiting for almost 1 months due to the lack of engagement from Arnheims side. After some leverage from me to the dealers he tried to reach Arnheim for confirmation about the delivery date, but with no luck! Therefore I couldn´t enjoy this excellent rifle on my vacation, i received the rifle a couple of days after i came home. What really brings me down is that the dealer, which should have credit for been stuck with a so wretched distributive trader as Arnheim, told me that evidently Arnheim had the rifle in stock and therefore the order could have been delivered to me before my vacation!

I would like you to contact him and point out his responsibility as distributive trader. I think it is of great importance that your fine products are available in Sweden.

You will probably get e-mails from my fellow airgun shooters around Sweden that feel the same - your fine products deserve a better importer.

Mitt Brev :D

Hello Weihrauch..

Here is another very satisfied Weihrauch consumer.

Through the years i have owned several of your excellent rifles and pistols.

HW97,HW30,HW95,HW40PCA,HW45 .

The weapons themself has each worked perfectly.

The issue here is not your service.

But the Swedish Distributive Trader "Arnheim"

Everytime you try to order any Weihrauch Rifler or Pistol.

The shipment stalls or Arnheim simply doesnt deliver the promised goods.

Many of us Swedish Airgun shooters has goon tired of our dealers

Ability to deliver.

You should have a serious talk with Arnheim and evaluate if they are

the right Distributor för such a large and quality-marked company as yours.

Many many customers that doesnt have a clue about quality is offered Gamo and other

Brands that doesnt even come close to Weihrauch in finish and performance.

And that is a problem beacause then you have customers that doesnt ever get

to try one of YOUR weapons.

Take action now and rethink Arnheim as your Swedish supplier.

Lay the offer to any of the serious gun-actors in Sweden that we infact have.

Best regards / Johnny Westerberg

"(Subject: Of utmost importance‏)

Dear Weihrauch.

First of all I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for excellent products.

Second I would like to make you aware of the reseller situation in Sweden. As you know Arnheim is the distributive trader in Sweden, and the problem is the response, or shall I say lack of response, from Arnheim when store owners try to contact him to make an order. I know of a person who has a hunting and fishing shop and they do not deal with Weihrauch guns anymore because of Arnheim.

Me and my fellow airgunners here in Sweden wish that you would contact Arnheim and point out his responsibility as a distributive trader. We think it is of great importance that your great products are available in Sweden.
